You may be admiring Kate Middleton’s, now Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge, fashion style. Classic, polished – elegant. But you can emulate her style with these three pieces:
1. Wrap Dress – It is a chic, figure-flattering, and oh-so-effortless dress. A color blocking piece can make you look slimmer. During the day, keep your accessories to a minimum, then opt for a chunky necklace at night for more impact.
2. Trench Coat – You can wear a trend even if you’re living in a tropical country as long as it has breathable fabric. Button it up and wear it as a coatdress. To elongate the neck, try a pair of dangling earrings.
3. Pencil Skirt – Pick out a pencil skirt with a tummy-tucking high waist and a hem that hits right above the knee. Pair it with a a floaty blouse and a blazer for a part-dainty, part-polished feel. To avoid cluttering the canvas, go for a smooth heel and stud earrings.
And of course, while wearing those pieces, move elegantly and confidently.
i admire her so much. espeically her sense of style. she is so elegant and sophisticated, she knows shes beautiful and shows it through class. i LOVE all her outfits, i dont think i could ever choose a favorite! the pencil skirt is adorable though!
I love the wrap dress that Kate wears. It is the right color for her and makes he appear so sophisticated, as well as elegant. However, it also helps if one has the right figure to wear it also.
